Baking Soda 500g



Used for increasing Residual Alkalinity in the brewing water as well as raising the mash pH. Additions can be put in the brewing water or directly into the mash.

2.25 grams of baking soda in 6.75 gallons of water would add 24.2 ppm sodium and 64.1 ppm bicarbonate.
