Still Spirits Top Shelf Pineapple Schnapps ( bb 03/26)

A pineapple schnapps style flavouring. Sweet with notes of fresh pineapple. Combine this with a base and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.

Mixing Instructions:

Shake well and add contents and 650 ml (22 US fl oz) of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka to Top Shelf Schnapps Base (made up as per base pack instructions). Top up to 1.125 L (38 US fl oz) with water.

TOP SHELF BUTTERSCOTCH SCHNAPPS (BB 05/25)

Schnapps with the flavour of butterscotch. Also fantastic with Irish Cream 50/50.

Add essence and 650ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Schnapps Base (made up as per Schnapps Base instructions). Alternatively 180ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water.

A coffee based liqueur with a rich, fresh coffee flavour from Mexico. Add essence and 710ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Liqueur Base C (made up as per Liqueur Base C instructions). Alternatively 275ml Sugar and 150ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water.

TOP SHELF LIQUEUR BASE B

These have solidified due to humidity. They take longer to dissolve
Gives the ideal finished thickness and sweetness to Liqueurs. Add alcohol as indicated on the flavour bottle in a large mixing bowl. Slowly add pack contents while stirring with a whisk. Add flavouring and top up to 1.125L (40oz) with water.
